Why am I not seeing my ported (transferred) number while making calls?

Once you receive your new base from us, it’ll be automatically activated with a temporary number.

This number is for you to use until your old provider lets go of it so we can acquire it from our side. Once your number has been transferred to our side, we’ll be able to activate that number on your base and swap it with the temporary number.

You can always check your number transfer status by logging in to your Dashboard.
