Setting up the CommunityPhone Landline phone system

Find a home for your landline base.

It should be located near a window.

It should not be located in a basement because that will decrease network strength.

It should not be located near electronics like microwaves because they will cause interference with the signal.

Step 1:
Place the antenna in the far left hole on the back of the landline base.
Rotate the antenna clockwise to tighten.
Using the hinge, bend the antenna to point to the sky. Repeat with the right-side antenna.

Step 2:

A) Plug one end of the power cord into a wall power outlet.

B) Plug the other end into the landline base. On the back of the base, there is a hole on the left to insert the power cord.

Step 3:

A) Find your landline phone. Make sure it is fully disconnected from the wall.
B) Plug the landline phone into the CommunityPhone branded landline base using the port on the back labeled PHONE 1.

Step 4: Switch the toggle on the back of the landline base to "on."

Step 5:
A)
After 5 minutes, the lights on the front of the landline base should illuminate green.
B)
If the lights on the far right are blinking red, confirm that the SIM card on the back of the landline base is installed correctly. It should be pressed in and clicked into place.

C) To activate your service, call 866-511-7870
