If you bring your number to Community Phone, we will need your old account number and password/PIN. Without this (or if the information is incorrect) your previous carrier will not release your number to Community Phone. One of the best ways to confirm the information is correct is to contact your previous carrier directly.
Updating details like porting PIN or Account number has never been easier!
Log in to your Dashboard and click on Number Transfer:
You will then see the option to Update and Resubmit:
Using the option above will essentially result in no downtime, as the entire process is automated.
