If your landline phone (handset) has an answering machine feature or you have a separate device connected to your phone and you’d prefer to use it instead of our voicemail feature to record voice messages on your device, you can simply let us know by giving us a call to deactivate the voicemail feature from our side and you can go ahead and follow the manual for the device you have to set up the answering machine feature from your side.
