How to port out my number from Community Phone to a new provider?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re looking to leave us, we’d do our best to make sure that your port out process goes as smoothly as possible. You’ll need to give us a call and request your port out information (Pin/Account number) and once we provide you with the requested information you can give those details to the new provider to transfer over your number to them.

Also keep in mind that you need to keep your number active with us so that the new provider can request to transfer the number, if the number is disconnected/canceled they’re not going to be able to port over the number.

Once the number is ported out and transferred to the new provider, kindly give us a call to confirm the cancellation and finalize your billing.
