How to Find Your Account Details

If you need to view or verify your account information with Community Phone, follow these steps to access your account details.

Steps to Check Your Account Details

1. Login to Your Community Phone Dashboard

   • Visit the Community Phone dashboard.
   • Enter your email address and password to sign in.

2. Navigate to Account Details

   • On the main dashboard page, locate and click on Account Details.
     
   • This will take you to a page displaying your account information, including the account holder's name, email address, and service address.
     

How to Update Account Details

To update information such as your name or service address, please call us at 866-249-1687. We're available from 9 AM to 9 PM EST on weekdays and 10 AM to 7 PM EST on weekends.
