If you have already provided your PIN or account number and submitted your request to transfer your number to us, you can easily monitor the status of your porting request by accessing your Dashboard. Additionally, we will automatically send you email updates regarding the progress of your porting process.
Please keep your number active with your current provider during this transfer. If the number is disconnected or canceled, we will be unable to complete the porting process.
Once your number has successfully transferred to our service, your account with the previous provider should automatically be canceled. However, you may need to contact them afterward to settle any outstanding billing matters.
