PIN: You can generate it by dialing #PORT from your phone. If the My Verizon app is installed on your device, you'll be directed to the Number Transfer PIN screen in the app. If the My Verizon app is not installed, you'll be directed to your mobile browser's Number Transfer PIN screen.
You can also request a Number Transfer PIN online in My Verizon. To do so, go to the Number Transfer PIN page and click or tap "Generate PIN." Your PIN and Account Number will display on the screen. The Number Transfer PIN is valid for seven days.

Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account and go to the Devices tab.
Select the device associated with the phone number you want to transfer to a new carrier.
Scroll down the page to Transfer your number, and cancel this line.
Select Learn More.
The "Transfer your number, cancel this line" header is displayed, and a button to "Learn More" is on the right.
Select an active line so they can send you a text message with your security PIN.
The same security PIN can transfer any phone number on your Xfinity Mobile account. It will expire in five days.
