In order to keep your old number that you had with your old provider, you’d need to get in touch with your old provider and request your account number and pin number. Once you acquire this information, you can get in touch with us so we can request that you transfer over your old number to us.
The transfer process doesn’t have a fixed timeframe as it varies between providers.
Also, keep in mind that you need to keep your number active with them so we can request to transfer it over. If the number is disconnected or canceled, we’re not going to be able to port it over.
Once the number is transferred to our side, the service should automatically be canceled with the old provider. However, you might need to contact your old provider afterward to finish up your billing.
